Hi 88888888.
Okay, first of all, congratulates on your first Youtube video. Second, don't feel rejected. There's probably over 500,000 hours of video uploaded to Youtube every single day with 50 million creators.
That means the average person uploading to YT has a very slim chance of their video even being noticed let alone clicked on.
I'm not that successful myself, so I can only pass on to you the advice I've heard from others.
#1. Make custom thumbnails that grab people's attention.
#2 Don't use too many tags, the almighty algorithm will actually penalize you for that.
#3 Promote your video, you can't just expect people to find and watch it.
(I started getting more views after I joined sites like reddit and pinterest. Take note
of the sites youtube ask you if you want to share to when you upload your video and
join some of them if you can. You can automatically share your vids there when you
upload them.)
#4 Try to be relevant to what's trending. For example, if you're doing a gaming channel, try
to have the latest game that just came out and do videos of it. Gamers will always search
for vids, tricks, tips, hacks of the latest video game and want to watch those vids.
You can also have a link to your channel in your account details under your profile.
