Why my channel is showing up as old layout?

Honestly i have just did as you requested and i am seeing the new layout on your channel on my end so it may be just a bug.:(
 
Recently, a BUNCH of channels that I KNOW have the new one channel layout, are coming up as the old layout for me. I went to gisikw 's channel today, and it showed up as the old one. I was trying to look at Jacob Alsobrook 's new banner...and it would not load as the channel one layout. There were a few more like that too!

Edit: I don't know if Kevin changed his back to the old one, but I know Jacob had just gotten the new one :P Hehe

I have actually had the new channel layout since day one. So Idk why it would show you the old one.
 
I'm also getting this. Everyone's channel is on the old layout, I even posted this on twitter a few hours ago.
