Why is not this video monetized?

ATTENTION: This is not a promoting of my video or channel! (I really want to know where is the problem)

Can somebody explain me why YouTube didn't monetize my video? The whole content is mine. So just because of the music you hear in the background when I drive my car?

If you do not receive any acknowledgments your video should be fine. I see your video have some music on it, I am not sure those brought this problem to you or not.
If the problems are not related to those music then first publish your video and the use the feedback at the end of the page and report it to them, within few days they will active your monetization on your video.
 
Without seeing the claim for the video we can't tell you what the problem is. However this video is the least of your problems. You just admitted to monetizing all the stolen footage compilations you have. The fact that you haven't gotten any strikes yet is just pure luck. If you're serious about starting your own career on youtube then you should really delete all the other videos you have now before you get strikes and loose your account for good.
