Why is my channel now growing?

What kind of channel do you have? Are you in a highly competitive market? My channel has been around since July of 2014 and I have 25 subs with 19.5k total views which is not impressive but I'm proud of it. I only recently started putting out regular content and that's when I got most of my subs. It will only get better from there.
But I have a gaming channel which is one of the most competitive genres on YT. Keep at it, make GOOD content and learn from the process. Every video I make teaches me something that I use to make my next one better. THAT is what will attract viewers. What also works for me is when I just be myself on camera instead of trying to be good. When my natural personality comes out it's a better video and those are the ones that got me subs and more views.
