Why is it so hard to get subs?

mmk will do, ill have to try that tonight or tomorrow, right now im taken the time to get rid of these subs that are dead, have to drop ALL the way down to around 87 - 90 subs which is where i was originally at before the dead spike lol

Haha well it's better to have more active subs than a bunch of dead subs. Plus having a bunch of subs and the views not adding up just looks more odd haha. It's what is best :)
 
You just started. It took me almost 2 years to get where I am today. YouTube has over a million videos uploaded a day and you won't gain subs just like that. Just be yourself, make good quality content and keep at it :)
 
Hi! Well here are a few tips that will help, looking at your channel I notice you do not have custom thumbnails. Get them! People are more likely to click a video if it has custom thumbnails!
Write in your about tab, what you plan on uploading, maybe even a schedule!
Interact with your audience, tweet on twitter! Don't just connect your account then forget about it, tweet people interact with the community so people will follow you!
Set yourself from the rest, what makes your channel different to all the other COD channels? Maybe branch off into other franchises, so you can attract a bigger audience!
