Why do some youtubers have more fans in FB than in YT?

I'm surprised no one said this yet; you can pay for Facebook Likes. You don't even have to use a sketchy 3rd-party service, you can literally just give money to Facebook and they will give you likes on your page. It doesn't translate to meaningful audience engagement whatsoever, though, so I wouldn't recommend doing that.
 
I swear that I will surpass my YouTube subscribers with my Instagram one day. LOL!

Still, YouTube is my main social media platform regardless. I won't be uploading 10 minute vlogs to instagram now am I?
