Why do I have to pay a 2ND time?

I pay for Youtube TV. Now I'm being asked to pay to get rid of adds on regular Youtube that just started. Why?
 
Youtube TV and Youtube are not the same. They basically have nothing to do with each other
Youtube Premium removes ads from the Youtube website and on Youtube Video.

Youtube TV is basically a TV subscription and has nothing to do with "traditional" Youtube videos. You sign up for Youtube TV to watch a major sporting event or the latest episode of a current TV show you missed.
