Why do i have ads by Google ???

I recently uploaded a video to my channel and it has an ad by google near the beginning, never had this before on any of my videos..... what going on ??
 
i think you might have monotized your video.... so there will be adds... you can take them off though so no worries!
 
wouldn't worry, just go to settings and click do not enable ads, plus its fine people can still watch your videos :)

Yeah...same thing happened to me....on one of my videos, it is not monotized, but a clear pop up ad comes up. Do you have another video that IS monotized? I think I remember reading something about Google changing their ads, and I didn't know what it meant...but now I think they meant that they would put ads on your other videos if you have an older video monotized.............
I could be completely wrong...but that's what I thought was going on!
