why did I get 60,000 views, when my other videos got 1000?

Hi, I get 2,500 views per week on a video

it is a demonstration speed painting

good quality.

I have other videos that are speed (time lapse)paintings, one in particular is almost as good with only 900 views.

and a total of 60,000 visits one the one good video so far where my other 49 videos each have a max of 1000 views.

Please can someone tell me why this video did well and why the others did not?
 
People just watch that 1 video. Nothing you can do about it, but be happy one of your videos is getting "viral".
 
there is nothing I can do to get my other video to get that viral since it is just as good or almost as good? same quality and length. and how long does this success last on average? please
 
You could buy advertisement space with google ad words, but no not really. It's just a bit of luck that people share the video with friends, the video reaches a high place in the ranking and you need to have a good fan base. If you have a very large/good fan base alot of your videos will get alot of views. For the rest of us it's just luck.
 
thank you. Yes my subscribers are increasing, I have 600 now, and it is increasing slowly, not many people subscribe compared to how many people watch. I wonder what caused so many people to share that one and none of the others, that is too bad. But yes I am very happy about the decent success and decent likes, I just wish I knew how long it will last. I guess that is the case with any business related thing. My new videos get like 500 views or just about the subscriber amount, and like no new views. Too bad, I am putting up much better content now about drawing, which is the basis for painting. Much more useful even though it is not "impressive looking". Oh well, thank you.
 
the video must have been on a popular topic, my videos usually get 100-300 views and I get the odd one that gets 10,000 it's really pure luck (in a way) if you can find out what it was that people liked about it then try doing that again and BAM! More views! :D
