Why can't I schedule videos?

I have a series of videos I would like to publish in the coming weeks, however I am no longer able to choose to schedule my videos. My account is in good standing, except for monetization which has been disabled (I talked about that here)

As far as I've found, I've only needed to be partner verified in order to upload a scheduled video. Has this changed? I can still upload 15min+ videos....
 
Try setting the video as "private" and then go to the video manager and it should allow you to set it to "scheduled."

I just checked out my YouTube Video Manager and everything's been updated?? Didn't realize that happened... :( I found a link on YouTube's help site that says you have to set your video to schedule while you're uploading it. It doesn't look like you have the option to go back in your video manager and set it to scheduled.

That's such a pain in the butt...Does this show up for you, or no?
