Why aren't my clips working even though the videos are still up?

I used Youtube's clips feature to make some clips of someone else's videos. However, 3 days later, they no longer work. When I click on them, I just get a message that says "The clip can be unavailable if it was deleted, or if the video it's based on was removed or edited."

However, the video is still up. The guy didn't delete his video.

But for some reason, I also can't go back and re-add the clips either.

Any idea what the hell's going on?
