who is Wizdeo claiming videos? who they are?

I have a channel wich I upload mostly content from MLG (Major league gaming) and they told to me,
its okay to upload their content as long as I dont monetize them. But today some of the videos got claimed by "Wizdeo" and they are company from france. So why do they claim my videos,when the content doesent belong to them? It belongs only to major league gaming wizdeo has not anypart of that. So now as the videos are claimed,that means you can see adds on it and If MLG see that,they will strike me for that right?

What likely happened was that someone under wizdeos mcn (a user) hit the content id monetization button while using that same footage in his videos, and that got entered into the content id system and falsely matched your own video (since that user didnt have permission to do what he did, but it seems 95% of all youtube users in an mcn have no understand of what the content id match button does). You can appeal it as they dont have any kind of leverage here, its a false positive.
