Which software makes videos at 60fps?

I've been seeing videos like Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros. having quality up to 60 frames per second on YouTube and I'd like to find out which video editing software can do that. I have Sony Vegas Pro 11 right now and I do not know if I need to update it to make 60fps videos

Sony Vegas will allow your video to run at what the source material runs at.. what are you using to record your footage? If you want 60 fps than you need to record at 60 fps

Im not sure how the elgato card records but if you are able to change the settings to record in 60 fps than that will fix your issue

You'll need to record your footage at 60fps, so for an elgato capture card you'll need to make sure you're recording it at 60fps and then when you edit it, just export it with 60fps in the settings

El Gato does reach 60 fps as long as your console does (it does) and the settings are right.
