Hi everyone! my name is ZonicBeezt, but you can call me Beezt. i'm wondering which programs you use for recording, editing, thumbnails, intro, ect. and why do you use them? what's so good with the program you use? pleas tell me:)

okey, let's start with me, for recroding i'm using a program called Mirillis action. Mirillis action is the best recroding software that i have ever used. You can record your game plays, but you can also record your screen for example tutorials and stuff like that! when you record videos with mirillis action you get full HD videos, but the good thing is that you'll get a small file size on your videos, and i really like that. Another good thing with mirillis action is that it's really simple to use, you don't need to fix the settings to get a good quality on your videos, basically you just need to install it and then you are good to go!
When i'm editing my videos i use two different programs, if i just need to put my intro in to the video i use a program called Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe Premiere Pro CC is a perfect program if you just need to do small things like putting videos together, fix the audio, Ect. Another good thing with Adobe Premiere Pro CC is that when you're rendering your videos it does two things, first it's rendering the video and when that's done it start to compress the video so the file size get smaller, so when you're done you have a full hd video and the file size on the video is really small!
When i want to do montage or bigger editings i use another program called Adobe After Effects CC, and this program are really awesome! you get different effects that you play with, it's really simple to use and you can do so much with it! you can do basically everything you want! sadly this program doesn't compress the video like Adobe Premiere do.
When i'm doing my thumbnails i use Adobe After Effects CC, but i will soon gett Adobe PhotoShop CC and i will use that then:)
I also do my own intros, and when i'm doing them i use a program called Cinema 4d, this is a really good 3d animation program! i Think that Cinema 4d is a pretty simple program to use, and you can do so much with it, you can for example do 3d texts, minecraft animations, Ect. So if you looking for a 3d animation program i really recommend Cinema 4D!

these are the programs that i use and i really recommend to test all the programs, but what program do you use? and what makes you continuing using it?/Beezt

Ps. sorry for my bad English...

I use Fraps to record my gameplay and tutorials. It does produce large files, but I have the hard drive capacity to handle it. I then edit everything in Adobe Premiere CC. For thumbnails I use Adobe Photoshop CC, and my vlog intro I created in Adobe AfterEffects CC. I have a subscription to the entire CC suite actually. I have been an Adobe fan for years, and in my business, I specialize in Adobe Analytics (it's part of their Marketing Cloud suite).

Dxtory for video capture as its less intensive than Fraps aswell as offering multiple audio tracks and varying resolutions.

Sony Vegas Pro for editing, professional software that can do everything I want from overlaying tracks to direct recording into it

Photoshop CS6 for thumbnails. Once again a piece of software that can do anything when I want to create an image and I've used it for years

Adobe Audition for recording audio, like an advanced Audacity with some great noise reduction which I need atm with my mic being sensitive :)

Bandicam for recording, I've tried frasp and pretty much any other ones and it makes my games lag. Bandicam seem to be working smooth.
Sony Vegas Pro to edit the footage and I use it as I've not yet tried anything else
Photoshp CS6 for the thumbnails and anything else that involves picture modifications

RECORDING

DXTory and FRAPS, DXTory is amazing, it has tons of features but may be intimidating at first, its default codec produces large files but uses very little CPU, and that's the other benifit, you can use any codec you like, so if you wanted to you could use x.264 encoding and record at the same time, FRAPS simply because Garry's Mod doesn't like DXTory and drops to about 16-24fps with DXtory.

EDITING

Sony Vegas, using it for the past 2 years and haven't had a problem apart from the occasional crash but it does good with its auto saves, I'm looking into Adobe Premier which looks more sleek and modern but after using Vegas for 2 years, it's hard to get used to. Vegas does what I want it to do, so I'm fine with it. xD

THUMBNAILS

Adobe Photoshop CS6, love PS, use it for ALL my GFX on my channel from my Avatar and banner to my thumbnails, it's great. A free alternative is gimp which is equally as powerful. :)

INTRO

Just used Gold Solace's Minecraft intro and used it in Adobe After Effects, can't give a detailed opinion on AE because I have barely used it.

Allot of this stuff has free alternatives that are equally as powerfull. :)

Dxtory for recording.
OBS for livestreaming.
Sony Vegas 12 and AE CS6 for editing.
Audacity for any audio editing.
Photoshop CS6 for thumbnails.

That's all I can think of. :p

Have you tried OBS?
