Which microphone?

I've Got It
Hallo,

Liam here. I am looking to get into YouTube as soon as possible before college and I was wondering that out of two microphones which one you'd find was better.

I am using it for voice-overs, commentary and such, so a cardoid microphone is brilliant for the job. I have been wanting the Blue Yeti, although I do not have enough for it. However, I found an alternative, the Auna Mic 900USB (cannot provide link) and I love the styles you can get with it (among the other advantages it has)

I was wondering if it was worth getting the Blue Yeti by spending another £60 or so, or getting the Auna and saving around £60.

Danke,
Liam

I did a microphone review on my channel a few weeks ago. I go over a gaming headset, a broadcast head set, and a stand alone studio mic. Feel free to check it out.

Will do. Thanks for mentioning it.

P.S I saw your channel a few weeks ago and you do amazing stuff. I frequently watch your videos but stopped recently due to being on holiday ;3 - Keep doing your stuff, man!

I like the blue snowball but eventually I might get a blue yeti just to see quality wise if it's best but I see your not much for the blue snowball.

Update: I just got a blue yeti, although it's coming on Monday.

To all of you:
Thank you for commenting and expressing your feelings. I have been eyeing the Yeti for a while and eventually found one from a UK company for £80, which I was able to pay. I also want to point out that I know Blue microphones are overrated, but they are overrated for a reason. I find them great microphones, but I cannot say about that about the Blue Snowball iCE. Anyway, like I said: thank you.
