Which mic is better?

Hello,

So recently I've decided to go with a Blue Snowball, but I'm not sure whether to go with the Blue Snowball or the Blue Snowball iCE. The iCE was made in 2012 and the original Blue Snowball was made in 2009, so it makes me wonder if the iCE is better because they've had three years to further develop it?

Anyhow, I need to make a decision soon, so if people would be kind enough to guide me on which one would be better and why, that'd be appreciated!

The origional snowball is better quality than the snowball ice. both perfect for voice but for music, singing etc the ice doesn't quite cut it

i have a blue snowball and have used a freinds snowball ice. have to admit that the snowball is MUCh better quality. the ice is made to be small and portable, so it loses some of its quality for that

I have a blue snowball as well. The blue snowball is a better quality mic than the ICE. They made the ICE to appeal to people looking for a cheaper mic.
