Which logo should I use?

So the one piece of branding that I've been stuck on is the logo, I've created a channel banner which I'm fairly happy with, but the logo is something I can't really decide on.

I've created two so far, which one do you prefer?

Second dude, it looks a lot more professional!

Yeh the second is good.

Second Logo by far! Much more personal than the first and easier to recognize

The second because when shrunk down it will be much easier to look at, the stick figure one would be unclear. A stroke around the text of the second one might help it to stand out a bit more.
