where is the help section for those having issues with youtube?

im having issues with youtube freezing every now and then and need some assistance,

i made 2 threads about this / wich both got deleted for who knows why (one in the introduce yourself
forums and one here). where is the help forum? for those who are having issues with youtube
 
What exactly do you mean by it freezing? Does the video stop streaming, does the site stop reacting, what happens that makes it "freeze"?
