Where is the copyright free music page

Where is the copyright free music page now (AUDIO LIBRARY) . I mean the one where you could download copyright free music for use in YT videos.

I think it's in the editing section. Also it's a site called https://lickd.co/ where you can use mainstream music now without issues.

You should note however that's not free AND the licence is valid for one video only you need to buy a new song licence for every video you want to put it a song in.
Also how does YT know that you have licensed the song? Sure lickd can provide evidence you've done so but how does it stop YT from issuing a copyright strike?

Noooo. Really? Don't you think I would know about a site before I post it? It's better than paying $800 if you want to use a song. They email you confirmation. It's not Youtube doing it as much as I want to blame them it's not it's the record labels. I'm saying it's an option.
