where can I promote comedy videos?

I am new on you tube and even though I'm doing quite well with views and subscriptions, I'd like to know if there is any good website where I can promote my stuff.
If you want to get an idea of what kind of video I make check out my last one

 
You already posted this, didn't you? I'd watch out, or you'll get labeled as spam and get in trouble with the forum.

Well, the video. The idea is to not post the same video multiple times, or else people will view it as spam. That's not a good image to have. I'd try to only post each video once. Just a thought :)

Just a quick question: some people like you, always have the latest video attached, how do you do that?
This is not considered spam I guess, is it?
