When will youtube ban someone?

Imagine you are in a MCN. In your videos, you did something which is not ok. Will youtube ban someone immediatly or does the MCN has to
investiged first?

Youtube may give you a strike. Then u have to contact your network and tell them that you have a strike and ask if they can investigate and get the strike taken off. But ONLY if what you did didnt deserve to be given a strike for.

Someone or community will flag/report your video if you break YouTube content ToS.
Don't steal people content if you won't get strike.

YouTube Gives strikes first they don't ban at the first shot and you have only 3 in the 3th strike you say byebye YouTube

Youtube can issue copyright/community strikes and ban channels without having to go through the MCN. MCNs basically just manage your earnings. Youtube does not need their permission to ban channels.
