When will partners get the opportunity to change usernames?

I know that regular youtubers who sign with google plus get to do this, but when will partners do? I am tired of my username, hehe

At present once your username is set on YouTube you cannot change it. Eventually you would think they would need to free up usernames so people arent having to choose things like iMakeVideos1999999. At the rate of its growth I will be shocked if they never free up usernames from old unused accounts.

Michael, that's why they started allowing people to use "spaces" in their names. But that allowance seems to be messing up some people's channels...
