If I join a stream before it actually goes live i can watch the livestream but if i join even a minute after it starts i instead just get a permanent loading screen with the little white circle spinny thing. This doesnt make any sense to me and is very annoying and the stream runs perfectly smooth when I do join it before it goes live and my internet is plenty fast enough (can stream movies/play games simultaneously with no issues) I have no clue what to do, i tried exiting/reentering chrome and rebooting my laptop but really no clue what could cause this, i can join livestreams on other streaming sites no problem so it seems to be only a problem with youtube I am having
