I've Got It
Hey guys , hope this is the place to ask!

so my question is, at wich point do people work with a network? I mean, how many subs/views do u have to have to make at least SOME money?

hope my question isn't dumb haha, im really new.

I don't expect to make money anytime soon, but it would be nice to have a clue for when it's smart to find a network.. :)

From a theoretical view, you are likely to make a bit of side revenue when you're generating about 100,000 views a month. If we take a figure that you'll have a $3 CPM you will earn about $300 (assuming all views are monetized). There is no set time to join a network, you join when you really feel your channel is growing and is going to go somewhere. I'd say join a network when you are earning about 30,000 views a month but that's just my opinion.

Some networks require a certain amount of subscribers and views per month to even qualify to join. Others allow creators to join right away with no requirements. So really it depends on which network you were hoping to join.

It's also important to point out that you should always read all of the fine print with the network you are looking to join with. Every network has a different contract and some lock you in for a long period of time, while other networks don't have lock-in contracts. Be careful who you sign your content to :) Hope this helps!
