When should I sign with a Network?

Hey so let's say that my YT channel has 1k subscribers and growing significantly. Is it time to search for a network or would it be better to go on my own, how does this work, whats the best way of monetizing my videos?
I'm talking about a gaming channel (grand theft auto videos) so what would be a good choice for a channel like this and how many cpm would I get from an international english subscriber base if I make 1,000,000 cumulative views per month? In $ how does 1 mil cumulative views for an english gaming channel translates to?

Hmm I can't tell you when or which network you should sign a contract to or how much money you'll get because they all give a different amount of money and I don't know much about networks, but I know a gaming youtuber who had 6 000 000 views and earned $10000 from it so I think the average would be $1667 for a million views? Sadly I'm not sure which network he was with, sorry about that :/. I've heard freedom is nice though, because you can leave at any time you want.

if your channel grows significantly dont sign any kind of network just stick with the adsense

because there are several (not all) networks ready to trap innocent channel owners to loot their amount in terms of offering share.

Depends, networks claim to help but they don't do nothing... You kinda have to put in the effort, so If your hitting insane number and networks are offering you insane deals like 95% they maybe yeah :D
