Hi

I have a video which has reached over 1000 views and its about a month ago and I still haven't received my payment.

When I go into creator studio and look at estimated revenue there is nothing either.
When are you normally getting paid?

I tend to get paid every month, but I'm inside a Youtube network, so if you're not in any network it might work differently.

I am signed up as youtube partner and don't understand why I don't receive payment?

I don't know what youtube network is?

Being a Youtube partner and being in a Youtube network is a little different :)

A Youtube network is a kind of community, group, however you want to call it, that offers you a set of benefits, such as higher revenue share, a free music library, promotion for your videos... in exchange for getting some of the money you make and sometimes other things too. If you were to join one, to begin with, you should check out "Freedom" :)

Check if you are signed up for adsense.
And as said above there is a $100 threshhold for payments to be made and you have not made that yet.

As the others said, you need to make 100$ before you get paid.
And sorry to say that, but 1000 views is a joke in terms of making money. It's pretty much nothing.
With 1000 monetized views you maybe made 1-2$. So there still is a long way till getting paid.

However, when being in your analytics, you should see at least a bit of earnings with 1000 views. If it says 0,00$ then there probably is something wrong.
Are you sure that those views were monetized? And is your youtube account connected to an adsense account?

I just checked and the system isn't set up right it says I need to own a website and I registered a blog website for the channel I have but it says I have to sign up for adsense though blogger.com and when I click the link it takes in to the front page of my menu where I can see the blogs I own it docent say anything about what to do next.[DOUBLEPOST=1451427789,1451427368][/DOUBLEPOST]It says my blog isn't qualified for adsense what am I going to do now?
Is there any way to contact support?
