What's your opinion on this?

Small question I was wondering about, I wasn't sure if I should post this to the stragety section or wherever else but my question is: What do you think of the people who place their youtube channel category after their actual name. So thats pretty confusing so heres an example: JerdNation | Vlogging and More!

I've recently saw a few people do it and I thought it was clever but not alot of people seem to do it. I'm not sure if I should do it or not, I changed it for now to see if I get any results.Do you think this is cheating, annoying, advertising, etc? Thanks in advance!

Some people find it annoying sometimes because the name it's too long. I don't know which one should I recommend....

Everyone his own choice, I prefer something short and powerful hah or something easy to remember

I recommend doing it because that way it allows people to understand what your channel is, I don't do it because I like to keep my name short but I might redo it again sometime. SeaNanners did it with his channel, randomly changed it to SeaNanners Gaming Channel. I don't see it as cheating in any way since the channel name in itself is meant to be a form of marketing/branding.

I think it definitely works for some blogs, especially if they are quite unique! But it's definitely up to you, if you want to you should go for it

I suppose it works well in that people know instantly what your channel is about, especially if you have name that has bugger all to do with the content you make. I don't think it works to well if you add to much to the end of your name; it looks clunky

I wouldn't do it myself, but I like that other people do it because it helps me to complete avoid vloggers
