What's Your Audience Retention Rate?

Hi all, I'm a new youtuber. My friend and I do movie commentary. We're still trying to figure out how this all works lol.

I was looking at my video's audience retention rate the other day and was curious what other's peoples were at and what a good/realistic retention rate was?
 
Mine is crap. Most of my long videos are at 10-15%, my shorter videos do get 25-40%.

I think it's not as important as it might seem, because it's definitely possible to go semi-viral on Homepage with less than 30% retention as long as you can get good CTR and at least a few minutes of average view duration, but I don't doubt that having it as close to 100% would be beneficial to some extent.
