Oh right..... yeah it's weird, but they are now looking into it. So hopefully soon they'll get back to me.
It's good to get fast responses from YouTube. Hope once this is fixed, it won't happen again.

It was better than using the Google+ forums. I went there with a separate problem and hadn't had any replies to it. Thankfully I was able to figure out that problem.
