What's at fault, camera, charger or battery?

I Love YTtalk
For my vlogs and on the go videos I used to use a Toshiba Camileo BW10, a brilliant little waterproof camcorder, it went on many cool vlogging adventures with me including white water rafting and tubing. But recently it has stopped turning on, when I am petty sure the battery is fully charged, I took it on a three week camping road trip last summer so bought two spare batteries for it, so I have tried all three of the batteries I own for it, fully charged and it will not switch on. As a result I have been forced to film all my vlogs on an iPhone 4, which is ok but I preferred the Toshiba, has anyone else experienced this problem with this model, can it be fixed? Any advice would be much appreciated :)

It might be the software or it's aging, how old is the cam? Or somehow water may have gotten into some of the internal parts. You should try taking it to a shop where they can check it out to see if they know what's wrong :)

I would open it up and look at the parts, see if there is anything dodgy in there. If its still under warranty take it to the shop and let them do it. Could be many reasons why its stopped working, best to get it checked out unless you know what to look for yourself.

I am the second owner and I got it two years ago so I highly doubt any repairs would be covered by anything. I am wary of letting shops look at things after comet offered to charge me £90 to look at my Pentax when all they would do would be to tell me what I already knew, the screen was broken, the tech guy at my Dad's work got the parts for £20 and fitted them for free :) If only the same could be done for this.

If its an old one may be time to invest a new one, you can find some good deals online. If you like the current model you have have a shop around the net and see if you can find the same one at a good deal

it's time to mourn your loss and move onto a new model :)

Lol perhaps, but I don't want to give up hope on it, I love this camera. I forgot to mention, when plugged into my computer with the usb cable it is recognized by the computer and it will switch on, it just can't live without the cable, oh dear did I just answer my own question? oh well :p[DOUBLEPOST=1388321326,1388320950][/DOUBLEPOST]I just got my voltmeter out and tested the batteries and there was a current in them, so they are taking charge, it's a mystery :O
