What's a Good Rig for Rendering/Streaming?

Hey all,

I'm interested in purchasing a new rig mainly so I can seamlessly record videos for YouTube and stream to Twitch. I am not a PC gamer, I'm a Xbox gamer and use an Elgato Game Capture HD. I'll probably end up going through Best Buy and so with that being said, what's the most bang for my buck? Any and all feedback is well appreciated!

Thanks,
Marv

Do you want a gaming rig, or just a normal desktop that is powerful enough to stream and render?

And what is your budget?
Mainly a normal desktop powerful enough to Stream & Render, I don't really play PC games.

Would not like to spend more than $1,000

Ok I will look on the website[DOUBLEPOST=1390282972,1390281837][/DOUBLEPOST]Asus - Essentio Desktop

That should be enough to render and most likely stream. It has an 8 core processor, that runs at 3.3 Ghz. It has 12gb of DDR3 ram. It also has 2TB of SATA hard drive, so that means plenty of space and is quite quick. It has an alright graphics card but by the sounds of it, the only reason you will need that will be for watching your videos.

This should do for you

@mrrandomguy466 Thanks, I decided that my budget is more or less $500-600 dollars before taxes, etc.

What do you think of these two?
HP Pavilion Desktop - 8GB Memory - 2TB HDD
Asus Essentio Desktop - 8GB Memory - 1TB HDD

Rendering it should be fine. My s****y laptop can render videos fine so it should be able to do it. By the way, I only have 4gb of ram and a i3 which is 2 cores less then the processor that computer has.

It should be good for rendering. I am not sure about streaming though, it should be able to stream.
