What would you like to see more of on YouTube?

Hello! What are your favourite/ least favourite videos on YouTube? What would you like to see more of and what would make you subscribe to a channel??
 
Well, since I'm a musician I mostly watch music related videos like covers or originals, especially that involves guitar playing. I subscribe to people who constantly produce quality content and whose videos are innovative. That could be true for any other video types that you're interested in though. :p
 
Favourite videos are gaming and music, good ones like HD, commentary etc. I really dislike Gangnam style. I think Youtube should show more smaller channels as the other day I was browsing and found 3 gamers who I thought were way better than a lot of big Youtubers out there at the moment.
 
Youtube should show recent uploads by ANYONE on the front page, not just the viral vids. That ways everyone has a fair shot of being on the front page whenever they upload their latest vid. At least for a few seconds. But it's something.
 
I want to see small channels rising up and becoming more popular, which could be quite easy for Youtube to do.
 
I love original and thought provoking content. Well spoken individuals who think outside the box are always a plus.
I'd also love to never see Gangnam style again.
