What words to I capitalize in my titles and which ones do I not capitalize?

I Love YTtalk
So I am having this issue of words I capitalize in my title and which words I don't.

I would just capitalize all but that is just stupid.

What words do I capitalize and which words to I leave normal.
 
I dont know the grammatical rules when it comes to this but I tend to do things like this:

How to Make Your Videos Stand Out

but then I look at it and I wonder if the t in to should be capitalised, and then I try:

How To Make Your Videos Stand Out

and I will usually go for the second one even though I have a feeling the first way is more correct. I wish I knew the proper answer to this myself, having titles like:

How to make your videos stand out

Just doesn't seem to look as good to me as the others, perhaps theyre all correct.

It seems there's two ways, any word shorter than four characters keep lower-case and any longer words with capitals, oh and also capitalise the first word and last word regardless of the titles length, so my title example would be:

How to make your Videos Stand Out

or

How to make your videos stand out

One thing I do wonder though is whether its including those with four letters so my title would be:

How to Make Your Videos Stand Out
 
Some people just say F it and capitalize the entire title!

HOW TO MAKE YOUR VIDEOS STAND OUT

The reigning titan in gun videos does it this way. Every letter is capitalized.
I generally capitalize first letter of every word. Because I'm a title spammer and having fully capitalized words only works well if your titles are short and to the point.
