What video game companies allow monitaztion of their game footage? I've heard that Blizzard allows this and I think Minecraft may. Also are their any specific games you know of that allow this and can you provide proof.

I think all of them apart from Nintendo who seem determined to harm their reputation on YouTube as much as possible for some reason. Just make sure that you actually play through the game and add value to it, don't just upload one of the game trailers or something, you probably wouldn't but just saying :).

I've seen big gaming channels have monetization on them but I'm certain they have to have some sort of partnership. If what you say is true then there are a couple videos I could be monetizing write now. But it would still be nice to have something official to refer to for my channels protection and so I make sure to abide by the official YouTube policies.

I think also Warner Bros games don't allow monetization.
And Rock Star? (Unsure about this one)

Here I found Bethesda's policy:

Bethesda Video Policy

We encourage (and are big fans of) the many videos created by our community that use assets from our games – including, but not limited to “Let’s Play” videos, instructional videos demonstrating our modding tools, and fan service tributes using gameplay and music from our games. We’re okay (and encourage) these videos being posted on video services like YouTube or on your personal website and/or blog. It’s also okay for you to monetize your videos via the YouTube partner program and similar programs on other video sharing site...

Now I need to find Tango Tango Gameworks video policy so I can monetize my gameplay footage of "The Evil Within".

Rockstar allow it, where people get hit is with in-game music, more specifically when they are driving and have the radio turned on.[DOUBLEPOST=1423218902,1423218822][/DOUBLEPOST]

Tango are a sub-company of Zenimax who allow it, you are free to do let's plays on The Evil Within, if you run into any issues quote Bethesda's Policy.
