What video editor does Xpert Thief use?

Hi all,
I am looking for a video editor that has the features of the same editor that XpertThief uses on Youtube. Does anyone know?. I noticed that during his videos there are these little pop ups that say "Subscribe" and "Like the video" etc. There's also some nice effects with transitions and other effects. Can anyone figure out what he uses?. I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 14 right now (I bought it in 2016 for $100 USD) and its OKAY but, man, I need something better. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. I am using Windows 10 and I play Grand Theft Auto 5 online (those are the videos I'd like to make).

Adobe Premiere Elements 14 will do everything you mention. It's not the limiting factor there.

Da Vinci Resolve will do a LOT more than Premiere Elements (and is free).

so will most other 'decent' video editing programs.

Whatever you choose, you need to invest the time and energy into learning how to do things.
(YouTube tutorials are your friend).

as far as XpertThief is concerned - find his latest video and ask in a comment (or try his insta or twitter) he will probably tell you.

OK I'd never heard of him and just looked - 5.74 MILLION subs holy hell - yeah maybe he won;t respond personally.

Whatever your preference, there are a few choices. I'll elaborate. Recently, I've been conversing with a few creators and actively learning some applications from them. Most folks use DaVinci Resolve or Adobe tools. The advantage of Adobe products is that they ultimately have more strength and program depth but virtually no user-friendliness. However, I cannot contest the program's inherent strength or the ridiculous aspects that basic training hides.
