What type of background music should i use

I need background music that will make someone laugh. I did the sweet tart challenge. I have had problems with youtube music library. It will make a whole new video. I have nooooo clue why it does that? But which one should I use? I have no clue.

http://TeknoAxe.com has quite a few good free ones! They have a lot of comedy ones, as well as providing free licences for you to monetize their music in your video!

They'll be way better than YouTube music library...

It's a really good one to use - not the best designed website, but it has some quality music! It's always the website that I recommend.
