What to do with my channel?

I currently have a gaming related channel that *had* 1000 some subs but its rapidly dropping, the name is MTNDEWADDICT754, (Mountain Dew Addict) I realized gaming is very saturated and gave up on the channel for about a year, It's now at about 836 subs... I want to do something new but I am not sure if I should change to a new channel, continue with this one or what. I think if I post animations on it I'll be fine (one of my plans) But I wanna start motovlogging also. Should I risk my channel and remove most gaming videos and start posting motovlogging videos? I know it'll be crappy in the begining so Im afraid ill lose all the subs. What would you do?

Don't remove the gaming videos...just so people can see where you came from and if needs be you can always return but do what you want to and just stick by it and you will find success!

Don't ever never delete video's!(all those views and watch minutes). You can private the video's and start something new. Or leave them public and create separate playlists for your new projects? If you really want do something different than you should do it. It's your channel and rules btw.
