what software have comic book balloons?

umm if you have a multi track software u could just simply find comic balloons in a png format (or without a background period) and use them at least thats what i'd do

oh for videos.... just copy the images that your using into Photoshop, erase the white so it just the black outline. and then save it as a PNG and bring it into your video editor.

what u mean by multi track and background period?

An image with no background is what i mean so like a transparent background as for multitrack
something like sony vegas or premiere stuff where you can have multiple video and audio tracks

thanks Ill try to keep you posted. Umm if you don't have photoshop... you could try to crop the image so theres only one bubble then bring it into your video editor and use the chrome key effect but change the chrome color to white... unless your video editor doesnt allow you to change the color of a chrome key in which case .... you could try using MS paint... they have a bubble feature in the one for window vista, 7, and 8
draw a bubble and and make sure the background is green...then bring it into you video editor and chrome key the green out.
