What should my 1st video be

kiawill

YTtalk Mad
Basically in the new year I will be starting my YouTube jounery.

Basically I want to make videos like....

Joe Sugg
Alfie Deys
Casper Lee

etc etc....

Basically....fun......random.......challenges and pranks.

I have a few videos on my channell already....but nothing to do with what I want to do.

I have 112 subcribers.....but these subcribers are probably people that wont enjoy my future videos.

Shall I just dive straight in and make a fun challenge video?

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Well if you are changing your channel for the new year at your size I would probably either make a new channel, or make a video letting your current subs know the direction you are taking, then do that. As for videos to do why not the first challenge you saw? Also there is the Beanboozled challenge which isn't that hard to do! :)

If you feel that you need to make challenge/prank videos, then go for it. Your channel is your channel, and you should do whatever you think you'll like making, and can be consistent in making and uploading. The main thing, no matter what direction you choose to go in, is to make sure you can do so on a regular basis, so those who have subscribed can know what to expect.

well it sounds like you want to be a personality. I would say delete/unlisted your current videos and start over.

For your first video do some sort of introduction video, but maybe combine it with a challenge video to make it fun. Or just talk. I would say don't mention this is your new channel, but in the description or comments you can write a message to your current subs explaining your new direction
