what should i get , fraps full or bandicam full ??

I would recommend playclaw, i have it and i'm really happy with it.
It is the same quality as fraps but more options, no lag and almost no fps drop, and the filesize is 1/10 of the size you would get with fraps
 
I recommend Mirillis Action. Records as good as Fraps in my opinon (yes I used fraps for a while before getting this) and has a much smaller file size. Also, if you have a cpu with quick sync you can have it convert it to an mp4 with no quality loss and have an even smaller file size. It will also record your voice and will keep the voice file separate if you would like to edit that separately. Also can record the desktop and screen region and has a very friendly UI. It's about $30 or $50 for the commercial version (there's no difference between the two, accept the commercial version technically gives you "legal" rights to make money off of anything you record with it.)
