What should I do in order to improve my commentary?

What!?!? You had a bad day? Need to let out some anger? Well welcome!!! I'm Envation and I need some help to improve my commentary! Actually, it could be anything! It could be sound quality, video quality, or little things like.. I suck at the game :l. And the final thing is how do I interact with my viewers? I remember reading a comment saying I should try and interact with my viewers but I don't know how.
So you can go ahead and bash me down (literally.. GO H.A.M)! I rather have the criticism now and get it fix then having my viewers hate it and not watch it. Thanks!
