What recording software is not too rouch on the pc?

I record pc let's plays. A few of my games run my pc pretty hard and I need a recording software that does not push my pc much harder. I am afraid of something happening to my pc and that is why I ask.
 
I use Action! by mirillis. It's pretty good and isn't intensive at all, I can record every game I play on 60 stable FPS which is something I wasn't able to do with other recording software.

Before that, I also used Bandicam which is also pretty good if you can get the settings right (it isn't too complicated).

This or OBS Software
 
OBS software has a lot of issues with capturing gameplay. I have had a few videos I had to just scrap cause of video f**k ups I was post-recording
 
Before release of nvidia shadowplay i record my videos with msi afterburner.

Msi afterburner is actually great for gaming recording i uploaded so many videos which is recorded with msi afterburner.

If you need any kind of help you can visit my channel i uploaded a tutorial few days ago on that will help you a lot ^_^

Believe me msi afterburner not impact that much like fraps,dxtory etc...
