What program to use to create intro

What are some of the best programs used to create intros? Ive seen a video on how to do it and they used adobe flash. Is that the best program?

Impossible to answer. That's like saying what's the best color to paint with.

I made mine in Sony Vegas which is a pretty good program, another good one is Cinema4D which is what I made my first intro in.

Some people use Vegas, some Premiure, some after effect, some window movie maker, some download an intro from youtube, the options are endless and none are better to make an intro but like if you want a motion graphic intro you might make something with after effect or Cinema4D

Illustrator for making graphics, elements or objects to work with.
Photoshop for masking, rotoscoping and other light fixes.
3Ds Max/Cinema 4D for 3D renders and sometimes text.
After Effects for overall composting and animation.
Audition for Audio/Foley design.
