What program do i need for an intro?

Hello, i was wondering wich software programs there are for making intro's? i havent make these before and i realy want to try making one.
 
Well, any program actually. Though, it depends on what KIND of intro you're wanting. If you want it 3D, animated, or just a picture fading in, and some light music playing over it. The latter of which can be obtained the easiest! :D
 
Adobe After Effects, Sony Vegas etc.. You can find free intro templates scattered around the internet for whichever program you decide to use! If you have no experience in making intro's then it will be quite hard to make one from scratch.. Unless you're familiar with the program I guess, or just naturally gifted :p Best bet would be the free intro template as a starter then if you're really into making intros, you can slowly but surely improve at making them :)
