Could you provide any advice on microphones for my YouTube videos.
Basically , I will be filming myself talking to the camera , and therefore need a mic for this kind of situation . But I also need a mic for voice overs, one that could connect to my mac. I was considering getting the rode videomic and also the blue yeti but that's quite an expensive package . Do you think a zoom h1 could provide could enough quality for both situations, as In using it as a USB mic for voice overs and connecting it to my canon 550d for the face shots. OR am I better off getting the zoom for the talking to camera shots and blue yeti for voice overs . If I must I will buy two separate mics however it would obviously be better to have one mic for both purposes .
