what makes you want to join a network?

hey been wondering , what makes you want to join a network?
whats the keys? is it services? revenue?

a network that cares and helps everyone i think that be one i like to join... if only there was...

you?
 
currently the reasoning i have for joining a network is to connect myself with more people not even just other youtubers but also other people in general i enjoy talking with people and playing with people we get to go on adventures and i find that even if your not apart of a network going to their forums and seeing like minded people is always fun.

The only reason you should join a network is if the community is strong. You can't ever go wrong with a strong, tight knit community.
 
Networks will not help you with copyright. Most of them that claim to help your channel grow will do nothing more than feature you (if you already meet their requirements). Your best bet is to find a no lock-in contract, and if you care about money. Just find the no lock-in with the highest payout for you, and you'll be set. That's completely short term though, remember that. The best experience you can get will be from YouTuber's you network with, and communities you are a part of.
 
Services they offer.
If they have a library of free use music and sound effects they already have my attention.
If they have an active community where other network members can discuss whatever then they get another gold star XD
Sure, the revenue is a factor, but I'm still not to a point where it matters.
