I use the happauge and I have to say its a great buy. Its great quality and I haven't had any problems with it.
 
On our YouTube channel for consoles we use the Elgato Capture Device which I would strongly recommend from personal use. It is so easy to set up without any fuss and the software that you have download from their website is very easy to use, very very good quality and comes with a piece of editing software which is good just to cut out all the bits you don't want and to save the file in a format that suits you! And once that is done then you can transfer it to a proper piece of editing software. Also another plus to it is that about 10 minutes of video is only about 2GB so you really can record a lot on it!

Elgato also have many competitions going on so if your lucky you may be able to win won for free! But overall, definitely Elgato and here is a quality test we did for Fifa 13:-
