What is your goal on YouTube?

Main goal: To have a channel and body of work that I am proud of presenting to others... and to myself. I would hope that would translate to a high number of views, subscribers, and yes, some revenue would be nice. I would also like to integrate travel into my videos.

My channel is a wildlife/nature/hiking & landscapes/bit of randomness thrown in channel.

Managing my audience: I do my best to reply and interact with all my comments and feedback. I would just keep trying to do my best with that...

My main goal is to hopefully be someone who is known when I'm older and i hope to be a nice person who try's to engage with the audience as much as possible

1. My goal on YouTube is to inspire others to improve their knowledge and create their own content.
2. My channel is mainly focused on Photography and Videography and how you can make an income from doing that. Fridays I usually do something exciting with my girlfriend, challenges, vlogs etc
3. I am not sure how I will manage a lot of subscribers, I need to get their first. :)

#1: My main goal is to entertain others!!
#2: Well, my channel is (Dustyb03 Skits) is mostly Skits and Comedic videos, however, I plan to do some challenges and a small amount of vlogs!!!
#3: I don't know what you mean by managing, however, I have an Instagram account based on my YouTube channel!! So, I guess I'm interacting with my Subscribers and audience members
 
My main goal is to just share knowledge and the fun nature of my projects

I'd love to go on to get 100,000 subs one day in the future, but my short term goal is 1000 subs by the end of the year.

I mainly do videos about car stuff, diy, tutorials, projects, builds etc.

I don't know how much I would need to manage my audience. I just want to post my content and let it speak for itself!
 
My goal of YouTube is to entertain people and blow their minds with dynamite

I'm all in one channel lol, I like to do many different things but still keeping the same kind of style in all of my videos.

Manage audience? I wouldn't know maybe because I don't really have such a big following. No one is really viewing my videos yet, so I'll have to wait for this answer.
 
My main goal on YouTube is to have enough active viewers so I can make videos for a living. And also have fun along the prcoess.
I'm a gaming focused channel.
I'm not sure what you mean by manage, but I interact with everyone who posts on my channel or social media.
 
to take it as far as i possibly can because nothing in my mind is worth half doing if you do anything do it to the best of your ability!
 
At the moment I don't really have any other goal then just make video's for my own and others pure enjoyment. I would love to become a well know makeup artist in the future and I would like my beauty channel to be a part of that but I recognise that this takes a lot of work and sometimes my channel needs to take a back seat for that. For the rest I do try to be as active as I can engaging on Twitter, Forums and other media but it's still a challenge as I get closer to my life goals.

My main youtube goal is to make videos that I am proud of and document my life in some way so I can look back and remember what was going on at the time.
If some people watch my videos and get something out of it then thats great too-

A bit of everything, Lifestyle, hauls (but not fashion of beauty)
I kind of suck with a genre, I don't have one and I don't know HOW to have one... oops
Question 3: How you will manage your audience?
Manage in what way.. I'd just keep doing what I'm doing now! reply to comments ect, I would probably make more community videos like dare/truth videos, Q&A's ect.. Thats about it
