What is Viral Spiral's relationship with Rightster?

Seems like Rightster owns part of Viral Spiral and they have a MCN agreement with them. Can anyone give more details about this and how it works?
 
Rightster owns Viral Sprial.
They're it's parent company, they bought it last year.
