What is this on my videos?

Hey,

So i have been uploading to youtube for a while and i have found that on my recent videos there is some kind of distortion at certain points of the video, always the same place. Its hard to explain what it is.

It starts at around the 2.05 mark i haven't watched the entire video but i can confirm it was perfect on my PC playback its only on YouTube this occurs.

I Record either with Fraps or Dxtory and render in Vegas 11 Movie Studio. wmv format at 20mb bit rate.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated as it is really annoying me.

So someone told me that it is compression artifacts, does anyone know how to prevent this? it seems to be on all my new uploads. but its fine before and after i render it.
